In a previous life Paul worked as an NICF master carpet fitter for 20 odd years, clocking up a wealth of experience in customer service and business best practice. A new hip meant a new job was called for, so he retrained as a locksmith and excelled at that too. Fed up of working for faceless companies that overcharge customers but underperform, Paul decided to go it alone as Pic-n-fix. Since then, he’s never looked back.
Today, Paul offers his services as a proud and highly professional independent trader, with satisfied commercial and domestic customers up and down the valley and beyond. He specialises in UPVC doors but he’s also the man to go to if you want to overhaul your property’s general security or upgrade your locks to British Standard ones. He even offers a brilliant emergency service if you’re locked out of your home.
