For several years now, we have noticed fewer and fewer people actually coming into our shop premises. The Estate Agency business has changed so much recently, with the advent on on-line portals such as www.rightmove.co.uk Many agents have switched to an on-line only approach because of this trend.
I personally didn’t want to go down that road, as I feel a local office presence is still essential. We should be there for clients to pop in and speak with, face to face. Call centres and large teams can never compete with a personal service.
Our move to an office premises means we can now offer a “boutique” estate agency experience, continuing with the traditional estate agency approach, with real local people looking after you and a local presence, but without the shop front premises and unnecessary overheads.
You can now find us at the bottom of Valley Road, in Hawkstone House. The first entrance door on Valley Road, backing onto the river and opposite the Town Hall.
