Starting at 11am outside 28 Unity Street, Hebden Bridge, we will walk along the side streets back to the Fox and Goose, guided by the Blue Plaque Project which celebrates the sometimes extraodinary lives of our ordinary local women.
Finish at the Fox about 11:45 for free soup and fresh bread, as well as a discussion around this year’s International Women’s Day theme, which is #pressforprogress.
The bar will be open from midday as usual. No charge for the walk or soup, all welcome.
NB This walk is sadly not suitable for anyone with limited mobility but you are very welcome to join us at The Fox and Goose for soup and a discussion.
